iPads to be tested by BA cabin crew

British Airways cabin crew testing iPads as a tool to help improve customer service.


British Airways (BA) cabin crew are testing iPads to see if they can help improve onboard customer service.

The iPads will be used to store customer seating plans and other documents including staff schedules.  Staff have responded positively to the test.  Mashable reports that the airline is set to distribute iPads to all its senior flight crew over the next few months.
