ProQuest Taps Kristi Marchbanks to Lead Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience

Ms. Marchbanks is known for her ability to identify new market and revenue opportunities and develop inventive strategies and solutions. She joins ProQuest after spending more than 15 years leading marketing, sales and customer experience at various organizations, including GrowLife E-Commerce, Corbis and SeaBright Holdings. At Amazon.com, she was Business Unit Executive and created the company's first business-to-business strategy. She was also CEO of SeaTab Software, a business intelligence company.

Ms. Marchbanks began her professional career at IBM, where she held key sales and service roles. She then joined Eastman Kodak and over five years held a series of sales and service management roles, ending up as leader of the company's North America Imaging business unit.

Ms. Marchbanks holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She will be based in ProQuest's Seattle office.
