Business Research Competencies

The newest edition of Business Research Competencies, published in February 2020 has now been approved by both the Business & Finance Divison of the Special Libraries Association (SLA), the BRASS (Business Reference and Services Section of the Executive Board and the RUSA (Reference User Services Association) Executive Board of the American Library Association (ALA).
