Twitter has announced that expanded tweets will enable users to preview content, view videos and view more within a single tweet.
The company has partnered with selected content providers such as Wall Street Journal and The New York Times to expand what can be shared within a tweet, allowing them to embed previews of a headline, content and images.
Expanded tweets are now available via twitter.com and mobile twitter and will be available soon for iPhones and Androids.
