Switzerland: Lausanne library closed after suspected arson

The Public Library in Lausanne has been damaged in a suspected arson attack.

Two fires started in the administrative offices of the library, which were badly damaged. It is reported that up to 100,000 books have been soot-damaged.

The clean-up operation is expected to take one week.
