Collaborative and shared services are on the agenda at UKSG's 2011 conference.

UKSG has announced the programme and speakers for its one-day conference scheduled to take place in London on 16 November.

Chaired by David Sommer, the conferece will focus on lessons learned, the impact of current shared services initiatives and consider how new efficiences might be achieved.

The programme includes Kristiina Hormia-Poutanen, Finland's deputy national librarian, speaking on the progress of shared services within the EU.  Other speakers include Ken Chad, Anne Bell, Colin Cram and Mike Taylor.
