Scientific Reports, published by the Nature Publishing Group (NPG), is introducing the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license as an option from 1 July 2012.
Scientific Reports is now a year old and is NPG's fastest growing journal. Content is open access and freely accessible to all on publication.
The CC BY license means that articles can be distributed and amended provided that attribution is given to the original work and its authors.
