The LinkedUp project has announced the 'LinkedUp challenge', a series of competitions to promote the innovative use of open and linked data in education.
The first competition ('Veni') is now launched and is open to researchers, developers, businesses and students to create tools that use large scale web data for educational purposes.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with LinkedUp's repository of linked datasets.
