The 8th Berlin Open Access Conference starts today (25th October 2010). This year's conference is taking place in Beijing (the first time it has been hosted outside of Europe). The programme attracts publishers, librarians, academics and other interested parties to discuss how the Open Access movement is progressing and to identify key challenges.
