Library of Congress makes thousands of images available

Images are free to use and reuse.

The Library of Congress has created a collection of ‘free to use and reuse’ images that it believes are in the public domain.

The curated sets cover such diverse topics as Abraham Lincoln; Classic Children’s Books; Dogs; and Travel Posters.

On its website the Library of Congress is highlighting the Poster Parade collection, which covers the decades between the 1890s to the 1960s.
