JISC, the organisation that drives innovation in research and education in the UK, has outlined its plans for 2013 and beyond.
This week, JISC has become a registered charity with a new board of non-executive directors and trustees. The vision for JISC includes:
- Drive digital engagement
- Provide leadership in technology aided learning to ensure the UK stays at the forefront of international good practice
- Trusted expert, offering advice and guidance to JISC's customers
- Close collaboration with customers
- Provide large scale services
