Instagram launched its Snapchat-inspired Stories feature last year and it is now more popular than Snapchat.
Over 200 million people a day are using Instagram Stories (while Snapchat is averaging 158 million users a day – figures are for Q4 2016).
Instagram launches Collections feature
Users can now save their posts into private collections. Users have been able to save posts since December 2016 and almost half of users are already doing so.
