Google, which has been facing several anti-trust legal moves in Europe, is planning to restructure its European business.
At the moment, Google is divided into two separate geographic regions in Europe. The company plans to merge these divisions into one operation
Google is also expected to pledge to train a million Europeans in digital skills and to pledge support for the EC’s plans to create a single digital market.
