Global Challenges Research Fund – call for evidence

Survey to identify challenges and priorities for innovative research.

The UK Government’s £1.5 billion Global Challenges Research Fund aims ensure the UK has a leadership role in addressing the problems faced by developing countries.  It also aims to develop the UK’s ability to deliver cutting edge research.

The project brings together a number of partners, including the UK’s Research Councils, HEFCE, the National Academies and the Government’s Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

The call for evidence is part of a wider programme of engagement activities.  It will gather information to help inform strategies and ideas for effective delivery.
