Esmerk, the provider of information and media monitoring services has been sold to competitive intelligence company M-Brain Oy.
Sanoma Learning, the previous owners, will now be focusing on consumer media and learning.
Esmerk has operations in Finland, France, Germany, Malaysia, Russia, Sweden, the UK and the US.
