Elsevier collection offered via ARDI

STM publisher offers its entire collection to developing countries via international innovation programme.

Elsevier is now providing innovators in over 100 developing countries access to Scopus (its abstracts and citation database) via the Access to Research for Development and Innovation (ARDI) programme.

The ARDI programme is coordinated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as part of the Research4Life programme, a public-private partnership.  It provides direct access to published content, facilitating more effective innovation in academic and research institutions.
