BMJ and Kudos announce partnership

Agreement will support the dissemination of research published across entire portfolio.

The BMJ portfolio of 60+journals provides content for healthcare professionals, clinicians and researchers around the world. (Full list of journals is available here.)

Kudos is a toolkit that helps researchers tell their research stories, for example by simple summaries, and provides publishers with insights and evidence about how researchers communicate and how they can navigate the increasingly complex sharing landscpe. Its Publisher Partner Programme gives publishers the opportunity to support their author communities in copyright-compliant sharing.

For BMJ, the agreement will help its authors “… adopt and benefit from new ways of sharing information about their work”, while “…broadening the reach of our publications to wider audiences such as policy makers, industry, the media and public”.
