Autonomy's augmented search

Autonomy's new search technology Aurasma embeds images and videos onto images of 'real objects'.


Autonomy has been demonstrating Aurasma, which creates augmented reality by embedding images onto 'real world pictures'.

The software has been developed to be used on smart phones and tablets and is another example of how 'search' can be linked to geographical location.  Autonomy plans to make the system available as a free app and will encourage developers to develop their own apps.
