The KMWorld conference in the USA has been the premier destination for KM and information professionals for over 20 years. This will be its first iteration as a European conference. Taxonomy Boot Camp London appeared in London as an in-person event pre-pandemic and more recently morphed into the Bite-sized version.
Having both conferences in the same location gives a nice synchronicity to the events that should be appealing to knowledge managers, taxonomists, and other information professionals. The conference chair for KMWorld Europe is Dawn Brushammar, a well-known KM consultant based in Sweden. Helen Lippell chairs Taxonomy Boot Camp London, following on from her stint running the Bite-sized Taxonomy Boot Camp half day webinars.
