The LISU research team, based at Loughborough University in the UK, is currently undertaking research into the value of academic libraries to academic staff.
The project, which has been commissioned by the publisher SAGE, has published preliminary findings based on eight case studies from institutions in the UK, Scandinavia and the US. The researchers are now calling for input from higher education librarians to further explore the preliminary findings.
