Royalty agreement for ebook streaming in Norway

Agreement on authors' rights for new digital subscription models for ebooks.

Publishers and authors in Norway have agreed a royalty framework for cloud based ebook services.

The agreement means that ebook authors will receive 40% of the net revenue generated by publishers via streaming subscription models or 30% of net revenue for individual titles.  The agreement has been framed to be flexible and open-ended so that new terms may be discussed if either party wishes to do so.
