The winners of the Visualising Research competition, held by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and the British Library, have been announced.
The competition challenged participants to create a visualisation of the £3billion of funding apportioned by the UK Research Council every year.
The winner in the professional category comes from UberResearch who created a data map showing the distribution of funds across topics. The winner in the non-professional category was an infographic created by Three Men and a Stato.
