Survey on libraries selling e-books

Should public libraries sell e-books? A short survey is seeking opinions.


The wide variety of e-content models facing libraries is a key theme of the ALA's e-content report (as featured on our blog).  The report points out that some libraries in the US are offering 'purchase' options, providing another level of service for their customers as well as developing a new revenue stream.
