An update to Pinterest's Lens feature is offering increasingly sophisticated search.
The object-recognising feature allows people to take a photograph and then to search on Pinterest for similar items. By taking a photograph of a food item, it will link you to relevant recipe boards.
New features mean that users can now 'lens' more than one item at a time in a photograph.
The new version of Lens is also a 'no-tap' QR code reader.
