Mobile app revenue to exceed $30 billion

Growth in global revenue shows apps are now a major digital industry.

According to research from ABI Research the global mobile app market will exceed the $30 billion revenue milestone by the end of 2012.

This means that cumulative revenues will have almost doubled during the year.
