Italy: Apple opens first European Academy

New Academy in Naples will train 600 students.

The Academy, a joint project between Apple and the Federico II University, will train students in app and software development for iOS devices. It is hoped that the Academy will help jumpstart the regional economy.  40,000 young people have left Italy in the last year.  Italian millennials have the highest average level of education yet also the highest unemployment levels.
