Germany: Deutsche Telekom's e-reader

German partners releasing the Tolino - an e-reader to compete with the Kindle and Kobo.


Deutsche Telekom has partnered with German bookstore chains and the publisher Bertelsmann to produce a touchscreen ereading device known as the Tolino.

Users will have access to about 300,000 German-language titles. The device will be released to the public in early March 2013 and will retail for €99.
