PayPal goes mobile in Europe

'Here' mobile payments will be launched in Europe with a chip and pin device rather than the card reader currently in use in the US.

The new reader will be officially revealed at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and will launch in the UK before rolling out to other European countries.
