Axiell acquires Adlib

Swedish Axiell Group has acquired Dutch firm Adlib Information Systems.

Axiell develops and supplies IT systems and support services to libraries, archives, museums and schools. The acquisition of the Dutch firm Adlib Information Systems means Axiell is now the Europe's largest play in the museums and archives sector.

The merger will take place in 2014.
