Twitch is a video platform and community aimed at gamers. Media reports suggest that an acquisition would help YouTube enhance its live streaming capability.
Twitter no longer interested in SoundCloud
Twitter had been rumoured to be interested in the Germany-based audio/music sharing service. Twitter has previously attempted – and failed – to move into music sharing. However, as predicted by German newspaper Der Spiegel, Twitter has decided not to pursue its interest.
